Neptune's Locker was a long time dream of PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer, Hal Weill. After a "bumpy" entry into the retail market in 2000, Hal and his wife Donna, have carried their personalized customer service to new levels.

Hal Weill

Hal is an experienced diver and Instructor, having trained many of the local divers. He is also certified as a DAN Instructor and able to teach all DAN courses including Diving Emergency Specialist. Hal is also an Instructor with Emergency First Response (First Aid/CPR/AED), giving personalized & safe diving education is Hal's forté.

Donna Weill

Donna is NLDC's trip planner. Certified as a Rescue Diver w/over 100 dives, Donna arranges travel and trips for our divers.

Hal and Donna are both professed Christians and members of Benton's Crossroads Baptist Church. They believe the success of their business hinges on moral Christian values and their trust in the Lord.

Billy Kiker

Billy is our newest PADI certified and insured Divemaster. Billy has vast experience with many dives in different environments. Billy has intentions of obtaining his Instructor license. Billy is available to provide assistance with all our diving activity. A very active diver, Billy is always willing to participate and/or assist you.
