PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer, Halbert C. Weill Jr.

After several years of diving experience, Hal became certified in the early 90's by PADI to instruct. Since that time, Hal has added instructor specialty certifications in several areas including the Manatee Interaction Distinctive Specialty which he authored. Hal is a DAN O2 Instructor as well as an Emergency First Response Instructor.

   Hal is certified as a repair technician and can assist you in problems with nearly all equipment types of equipment. Hal's vast diving experience from fresh to saltwater gives him valuable experience in evaluating equipment problems. Having an "addiction" to diving, Hal is always happy to discuss and help solve any problems or needs. 

Donna Weill

Donna is the co-owner of Neptune's Locker Diving Center. She is a PADI certified Rescue Diver and also holds a PADI Enriched Air certification. Donna is our wearable (t-shirts, bathing suit wraps, etc) items representative as well as our trip coordinator. With well over 150 dives, Donna makes our trips a family experience by ensuring the facilities and diving are all family friendly.

Mike Railton

Mike is our staff PADI Divemaster as well as a store associate. Mike has a long history of diving experience. This allows him to be one of the more helpful DM's you’ll ever meet as well as being able to offer good advice on equipment, trips, etc. Mike's personality comes through in everything he does and his enthusiasm for diving shows.
